    Music Therapy ENews is an announcement-only, electronic newsletter published by the American Music Therapy Association. It is not a discussion listserv. ENews brings timely information on music therapy to its subscribers, focusing on conferences, music therapy education and training opportunities, media alerts, on-line resources, and other information important to the profession of music therapy. Members are welcome to submit announcements and other materials for consideration by emailing the editor at ENews@musictherapy.org. AMTA reserves editorial rights on all submissions. ENews subscription is free.

Advertising in Music Therapy ENews

Music Therapy ENews welcomes brief announcements about conferences, workshops and other related continuing education activities at a low cost of $100 per announcement.  Current AMTA members receive a 50% discount on the cost of announcements in ENews.  Submissions must be text only and 75 words or less.  Submissions will be considered based on relevance to the music therapy profession and circulation of ENews and may be edited for content, grammar, and length. 

ENews publication is periodic, with no fixed deadlines; submissions received will be considered for inclusion in the next forthcoming issue.  Please plan at least one month in advance of your event or release.  Additional Patron and Affiliate member discounts do not apply to ENews.  For advertising rates in other AMTA publications, please contact Jane Creagan at the AMTA National Office, (301) 589-3300, or see the AMTA website under “Products”.

    The Music Therapy ListServ is a discussion forum where people can discuss the use of music to restore, maintain, and improve mental and physical health.
