Music Therapy Advocacy Happening Around the Country

AMTA and CBMT Support Hill Day Events in 7 States
Over the past two weeks, CBMT Regulatory Affairs staff and AMTA Government Relations staff have supported task forces in seven states to facilitate Hill Day events. Please join us in congratulating task force members in Nebraska (2/4/20), Iowa (2/6/20), Missouri (2/11/20), Kentucky (2/13/20), Florida (2/17/20), Illinois (2/18/20), and Indiana (2/20/20) for successful advocacy days!
We also thank the student and professional music therapists who participated in these Hill Days for dedicating their time to meet with state legislators, educate them about music therapy, advocate for key legislation, and help promote access to music therapy services in your state.
