2015 Mid-Year Board Of Directors’ Meeting

The AMTA Board of Directors’ 2015 Mid-Year meeting will be held June 26-28, 2015.  The schedule is as follows:

  • Friday, June 26th meeting officially begins at 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM
  • Dinner, 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Meeting resumes, 7:00 PM – 9:15 PM


  • Saturday, June 27th, 8:30 AM-12:00 PM
  • Lunch, 12:00 PM-1:15 (Board in Executive Session during lunch)
  • Meeting resumes, 1:15 PM-5:30 PM


  • Sunday, June 28th, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
  • Meeting adjourns at 12:00 PM.


Please note that times are approximate. The Board will be meeting at the Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport Hotel. AMTA Board of Directors’ meetings are open to AMTA members and members of the general public with the exception of when the Board is in “Executive Session” per Robert’s Rules of Order. Please be advised that meeting room seating space is limited.  If any members are interested in attending the meeting, please RSVP to Dianne Wawrzusin, by Wednesday, June 24th so that we can plan accordingly.
