A Message from the AMTA President

Dear AMTA members, friends and supporters of music therapy:

Every day I am inspired by you- hundreds of music therapists across the country and across the world-- clinicians, educators, researchers, and managers working to advocate for and provide critically needed music therapy services to benefit scores of individuals from all walks of life.

In my many roles serving AMTA, most recently as President of the association, I've had the incredible and unique opportunity to work alongside you to advance public awareness of the benefits of music therapy. AMTA provides so many services to our members and to non-members like parents and administrators at no charge. There is always more that needs to be done.

We know so many of you give generously of your time, your talents and your money. Please consider joining your peers by making a modest donation to AMTA today in the amount of $10, $20, $35, $50, or more. Help us continue our mission-- Together we can make a difference in more lives. Your support is vital to our success. Thank you!

You can make a donation online by going to Bookstore>Visit the Bookstore and adding a Donation to AMTA to your shopping cart (suggested donation is $50, but you may adjust the amount to one of your choosing).  Or you can print out and mail in a donation form with your gift.

Sincerely,

Ronna S. Kaplan, MA, MT-BC,AMTA President
