FIRM DEADLINE FOR ALL PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS – April 20, 2015

NEW POLICY IN 2015:
ALL CONCURRENT SESSIONS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR 1 HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES!

Submissions are accepted only using this form.  Please submit one form only for each proposed session.  Required questions are indicated with the *. You should receive a confirmation screen after clicking the button to submit if your submission was successful (scroll back up to the top of the page if necessary).  You will be notified in June as to the status of your proposal.  If you have not heard from us by July 1st, or if you need to change anything on the submitted form, please contact Al Bumanis at the email/address/phone number listed below.  Information for the blind review will be taken from your submission form so please do not include any identifying data where indicated.  Not following this instruction may cause your proposal to be rejected.

THIS PROPOSAL IS FOR A CONCURRENT SESSION ONLY.
CMTE courses are by invitation. If you wish to be considered for a 5-hour or 3-hour continuing education (CMTE) session, please contact Al Bumanis by phone or email. For more information about the CMTE selection process, please click here. and here.
