New Social Media Accounts for the
Journal of Music Therapy
and
Music Therapy Perspectives
The American Music Therapy Association is excited to announce the launch of newly-created social media channels created to share advances in music therapy research and clinical practice.
The Journal of Music Therapy (JMT) now has an Instagram (
https://www.instagram.com/AMTA_JMT/
) and Twitter (
https://twitter.com/AMTA_JMT
) account through which will be shared advances in music therapy research and theory from JMT.
Music Therapy Perspectives (MTP) announces a Twitter account (
https://twitter.com/AMTA_MTP
) to share and dialogue about contemporary publications and other works from MTP. In addition, MTP will release periodic podcasts to be hosted on the journal’s homepage (
https://academic.oup.com/mtp
).
Together, the editorial team from JMT and MTP have launched the AMTA Music Therapy Research Facebook page (
https://www.facebook.com/AMTAresearch/
). Through this page, AMTA will share contemporary developments in music therapy research and clinical practice, with an emphasis on articles published in JMT and MTP.
AMTA invites you to follow, like, and share updates posted to the JMT and MTP Twitter, Instagram, blog, and Facebook accounts, and encourages you to follow and use the hashtags #mtresearch, #AMTA_JMT, and #AMTA_MTP.
