We are seeking a go-to, autonomous clinician who is deeply passionate about early childhood and

the region. This position offers the opportunity for full-time employment and additional benefits as
our practice scales.

Dynamic Work Week: Enjoy a balanced mix of centralized office sessions along with group
and home visits throughout our community.
Pioneering Clinical Culture: Work alongside a passionate, highly talented team involved in
cutting-edge clinical research and top-notch care.
Clinical Autonomy: Enjoy schedule flexibility and clinical independence, backed by structured
administrative systems that keep your workflow organized.
What We Are Looking For
Credentialed Professional: Bachelor’s in Music Therapy with current MT-BC certification or
ability to obtain MT-BC within 30 days (Required).
Community Pioneer: A passion for expanding clinical accessibility and paving the way for
services in Jefferson County. We are looking for someone genuinely excited by the
opportunity to build local roots, establish a trusted presence, and bring vital healthcare
services directly to this community.
Population Passion: Proven experience or deep training in early childhood settings and
adolescent mental health frameworks.
Experience: Strong functional music skills (including voice, guitar, piano, and percussion) with
a minimum of two years of post-certification clinical experience preferred.
Independent Workflow: Self-starter with reliable, consistent organizational skills.
Logistics: Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to navigate regional sessions,
ability to pass a background check/drug screening, and ability to secure liability insurance and
CPR certification prior to seeing clients independently.
What You’ll Do
Jefferson County One-on-Ones: Conduct focused, high-quality individual sessions directly
from our dedicated office in Crystal City.
St. Louis Area In-Home Sessions: Travel to provide personalized, client-centered music
therapy directly in the homes of clients across the St. Louis area.

daycares, and preschools to support early childhood development in the St. Louis and
Jefferson County areas.
Community Group Sessions: Travel to established partner locations across the St. Louis
area and into Jefferson County to facilitate therapeutic groups.
Seamless Administration: Manage your calendar independently and submit precise session
documentation and timely invoices via our streamlined systems.
Schedule Autonomy & Ownership: Act as your clients’ primary point of contact as you
onboard, fully backed by the support and mentorship of our leadership. You will manage your
own calendar, giving you the total freedom to cluster your sessions geographically and build a
weekly driving schedule that makes the most sense for you.
Hours & Compensation
Competitive Pay: $45/hour – $55/hour based on experience.
Gradual Buildup: 5 to 10 hours per week to start, with a direct pathway to scale your hours as
you onboard our new intakes.
Paid Collaborative Time: Recurring paid team meetings and case consultations.
Mileage Stipend: Earn up to $250/month for travel.
Referral Bonus Program: Earn additional financial bonuses for new clients or partnerships
you successfully bring into the practice.
Performance-Based Bonuses: Earn an annual performance-based bonus for providing
consistent, high-quality care to your clients.
Flexibility: Choose your own hours and build a schedule that fits your life.
