Board Certified Music Therapist – The Music Therapy Center of CA

The Music Therapy Center of California is growing! We are seeking a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our collaborative San Diego team providing music therapy services to neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities across the lifespan.

Since 2004, MTC has been committed to providing exceptional music therapy services while also advancing the profession by creating employment, professional development, and growth opportunities for music therapists.

At MTC, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values creativity + science, clinical excellence, collaboration, and continued learning. Our music therapists benefit from ongoing training and mentorship, extensive clinical resources and instruments, administrative support, protected planning time, and opportunities for professional growth—all while doing meaningful work that helps clients pursue their potential.

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums, paid time off, retirement match, professional development opportunities, and additional benefits.

We’re looking for an MT-BC who brings strong musicianship and clinical skills, values collaboration, and is excited to continue growing as part of an established music therapy practice.
