Music Therapist – Mainstay Music Therapy, Inc.

Mainstay Music Therapy is seeking board-certified music therapists who approach their work thoughtfully, reflect on their clinical practice, and are open to continued growth within a supportive, therapist-led team. As a private practice dedicated exclusively to providing music therapy services, we’ve intentionally built a workplace where therapists feel respected, connected, and supported in doing meaningful, sustainable work. We’re looking for clinicians who value clear communication, organization, and consistency, and who care deeply about the people they serve.

Location : Fort Wayne, IN (partially clinic based)
Hours: Full Time – Mon-Fri , Therapist selects per day client # (4-6)
In Session Hours per week: 16 hours – 19 hours (therapist selects)
Population: private practice work – 1:1 ID/DD, hospice + community groups
Salary: Salary based on chosen in session hours & experience – up to $54,000 – Full time hours upon start
