Announcement from The Workforce Development and Retention Committee

The AMTA Workforce Development and Retention Committee is pleased to make available our survey results from one of our assigned goals from the board of directors to collect information regarding the music therapy workforce and create a retention plan. This document was included as part of the research and data collected to inform the AMTA Community Feedback Analysis & Deliverables. We appreciate being able to share the plan, our findings, and the raw data in order to support ongoing efforts of transparency and communication. Many thanks to all who contributed to the survey!
